Refund & Cancellation Policy
How subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for paid Beedux plans.
Last updated: July 3, 2026
1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for paid Beedux workspace plans — the plans shown on our Pricing page. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
2. Who Operates Beedux
Beedux is operated by الجذور الرقمية للحلول التكنولوجية (English reference: Digital Roots for Technology Solutions), a company registered in Jordan and trading as Beedux ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for paid Beedux plans.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Plans, prices, and limits are shown on the Pricing page.
3. Current Billing Status
Online checkout is being prepared and is not active yet. While billing is not active, no payment information is collected and no charges are made, so there is nothing to refund yet.
This policy applies once paid subscriptions and online checkout become available. When checkout is enabled, payments, taxes, and invoices are processed by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record.
4. Subscriptions and Renewals
Beedux offers monthly and annual subscription plans, billed at the workspace level. Organizations inside a workspace share the same workspace subscription plan and usage limits.
When online checkout is enabled:
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Renewal charges use the plan and billing interval in effect at the time of renewal.
- You will be able to review and manage your subscription and renewal from your account or from the manage-subscription link on your Paddle receipt.
5. Free Tier and Early Access
Beedux is currently offered as an open soft launch: workspaces are free to use, no credit card or payment information is required or collected, and there are no paid trials that convert into charges.
If we later introduce trial periods for paid plans, the trial terms — including the trial length and what happens at the end of the trial — will be shown clearly before you start the trial.
6. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period.
- Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, unless otherwise required by law.
- At the end of the paid period, your workspace moves to the free tier. Your data is not deleted as a result of cancellation; existing records remain available subject to the Terms of Service.
When online checkout is enabled, you can cancel from your account, from the manage-subscription link on your Paddle receipt, or by contacting Beedux support at
[email protected] or
[email protected].
7. Refund Requests and Eligibility
When online checkout is enabled, payments for Beedux subscriptions are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Refund and cancellation requests for Paddle-processed transactions are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and applicable law.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund using the links on your Paddle receipt or manage-subscription page, through Paddle's support routes, or by contacting Beedux support — we will help direct your request. Eligible refunds are processed by Paddle where applicable.
Technical or product access issues
If you experience a technical or product access problem, please contact Beedux support first at
[email protected] so we can investigate and resolve it. Many access issues can be fixed without a refund.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
8. Situations Where Refunds Are Generally Not Provided
Unless required by applicable law, or by Paddle's refund policy for a specific transaction, refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial billing periods after cancellation — your paid access continues to the end of the billing period you have paid for instead (see Section 6).
- Unused capacity — unused seats, workflows, or usage allowances within an active billing period.
- Renewal charges where the cancellation controls were available before the renewal date and no billing error occurred.
- Downgrades — see Section 9 below.
Every request is still reviewed individually, and this section does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
9. Plan Changes and Downgrades
When online checkout is enabled, you will be able to change your workspace plan:
- Upgrades take effect as described at checkout; where an upgrade is charged mid-period, any proration or credit that applies is shown at checkout before you confirm.
- Downgrades take effect for a subsequent billing period. Amounts already paid for the current period are not partially refunded because of a downgrade, unless applicable law or Paddle's refund policy requires otherwise.
- Downgrading may reduce available limits or features, as described in the Terms of Service; your data is not deleted because of a downgrade.
10. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or an incorrect amount — contact
[email protected] as soon as possible and include the receipt or transaction reference.
We will investigate promptly. Verified billing errors are corrected, including a refund of the incorrectly charged amount where the error is confirmed. Payment-level corrections for Paddle-processed transactions are carried out with Paddle.
11. Separate Written Agreements
If Beedux and your organization enter into a separate written agreement that expressly addresses billing, cancellation, or refunds, that agreement's terms govern to the extent they cover the topic; where it is silent, this policy applies. For questions, contact the Beedux team through the support page or at
[email protected].
12. Taxes, Invoices and Payment Processing
Prices shown on the Pricing page are in USD and may be exclusive of taxes. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
When online checkout is enabled, Paddle may act as Merchant of Record and handle payment processing, tax calculation and collection, and invoicing. Beedux does not store full payment-card details.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time — for example when online checkout launches or when payment-processing details change. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date on this page, and once billing is active, workspace owners will be notified of material changes that affect active subscriptions.
Changes do not retroactively reduce the refund rights that applied to a charge made before the change.
Summary: You can cancel renewal anytime and keep access until the end of your paid period. When checkout is enabled, payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, and refunds are handled in line with Paddle's refund policy and applicable law. For technical or access issues, contact [email protected] first. Billing questions: [email protected].
